A: Despite the many misleading taglines and claims from other skincare companies that try to compare their products to cosmetic injection treatments, there is no true comparison between topical products and Botulism toxin injections. Such injections paralyze the underlying muscles of the face so that they cannot contract, and if any skincare product could actually do this it would be considered a drug and regulated as such. Products that contain “relaxing” ingredients work in the skin itself to reduce tension, not deeper muscle tissues, and are temporary (i.e. lasting a few hours). Eternale products were formulated to produce anti-wrinkle results so that the skin doesn’t need such paralyzing injections to look smooth and youthful.
